I’m not one to write reviews but when it’s involving over thousands of dollars, I don’t want anyone to go through what I had through and be treated so poorly by this company - specifically talking about Shawn and Kameron.
Shawn and Kameron wouldn't answer my questions directly, in person and one the phone were very vague and next to no communication over email. I was told by Kameron that I needed to pay upfront the amount I was quoted in order to have spot on the truck for Aug. 23rd to leave from their Mississauga, ON location.
I had to leave my car with family since the shipping date was

This company was referred to me so I called and spoke to Sean, I had two vehicles in North Vancouver that needed to be picked up was super late notice. But Sean made it happen despite wild fires and road closures cars made it to Ontario safe and in a timely matter. Also helped me with storage for the two vehicles as I didn't have the time to pick them up right away thanks Sean and will do business again 👊🏾👊🏾

I recently used Performance Auto Carriers to bring a parts car back from an auction in Alberta. Not only wa the price excellent, but I got the car back quicker than anticipated(no late fees). Definitely the worst shipping company I have ever worked with. From unprofessional workers to lack of communication and rude customer service, I was shocked out of my mind, that people like this existed.
From the first time I called them, I was answered rudely and made to feel like I was disturbing them when just asking basic information. Both son and father that work at this place have no respect or time for anyone. I was sworn at and called stupid and annoying and also hung up on for simply asking for an update on where in Canada my vehicle was located so I could arrange a pick up.

Got my car shipped from Ontario to Saskachewan. Car was delayed and my front license plate came damaged. Also cannot pop my hood anymore idk what these guys did. Car looked very dirty like It just came out of world War II. Thankfully it arrived and there where no scratches other than dirty Car and broken license plate case/hood problems.

Worst company ever! They lied to me several times about the delivery of my car. Then they told me the truck had a blower problem and was late coming back so my car did not leave when promised. Next they told me the driver had to have two days off before he could leave Toronto to come to Calgary.. Then there were more delays and more excuses as to why my car was not delivered. Then it was promised but again did not come. The driver was in Edmonton at an auction trying to get more cars to deliver before coming to Calgary. Terrible service. Wow what terrible experience. A transport from Cornwall Ontario to Victoria British Columbia that was supposed to take 15-16 days (their estimate) took a month!!
Not only was their timing wayyyy off, their customer service was even worse. Try calling to get an update and the person who answers the phone will tell you to call back 3 times in a day and not take a message for the person you need to speak to. Call back when they tell you and then they tell you the person isn't there. Not to mention they sound annoyed when you call and try to find out where your vehicle is.
