I Just called Nirmal based on the two very good reviews I had just read. When the phone was eventually answered the man simply said hello in a tone that suggested I was not calling at a good time. When I asked if this was Nirmal Insurance broker he said yes. That's it. I started to to tell him that I was calling to request some information about the services they offered. I said I had some questions to which he responded "what". At this point I knew that this was not the type of interaction I would expect from any reputable company of any sort. I am a private homeowner and I approached Nirmal with a specific building insurance issue. The broker was professional, prompt and very helpful. The gentleman I dealt with was able to find a policy where I had failed and it was better value for money than the Registered policy I had previously held. Very happy with their service and level of fee, therefore I will be using them again.
