Worked with Amanda as my recruiter and she got me in a job within a couple days but unfortunately, the job just wasn't for me so I decided not to continue, I however asked Amanda if she could help me find a job in a different field and she got frustrated with me and said she couldn't and that she would refer me to someone else that could help me but she never got back to me with somebody else that could help me

Wow, what a disappointing experience. The recruiter who was assigned to me, Tom Pool, was completely unprofessional and lazy. He was very shady acting. I connected with him via LinkedIn, and immediately noticed he was an inexperienced recruiter. It showed. He claimed he came from an area I had lived in the country, and I verified that on his LinkedIn too.

Company depends on who you have working on your behalf. If you get the wrong recruiter then you most likely will not receive any calls for work. My experience was decent in the beginning of 2019 but then the recruiters have been MIA for 2020. Terrible communication from the recruiters. I have called several times for work but never received a call or email for jobs that I applied. I get it's Covid but for a company to completely disappear is kindve surreal. I echo others on this review of not getting calls at all for anything.

My mom just got here from Philippines, a friend referred us to Henry, I emailed him and got a response and scheduled my Mom for an interview. He was very accommodating to us. I am a single white female 58 yrs old, Navy Veteran. I have a Paralegal certificate and BA in business management and MA in Public Administration. I have lived in San Diego 30 yrs. I lost my gov't job & needed a new job asap. The internet makes it so difficult now to be able to actually connect with people. I had a similar experience with below 1 star reviews. Avoid recruiter named Alina Munoz. She is a manipulative liar and always ignores phone calls. Aerotek should fire her. I already filed complaint to the Headquarter. Let's see what happens. If Aerotek wants to keep valuable clients, then they should manage their recruiters better. Also they take away so much from contract employees. For example they take $5 off $17 pay, so they can offer min wage of $12. What a joke.

What I like most about Raissa is the fact that I do not feel like just another candidate. She took the time to get to know me and build a relationship with me. I never felt pressured, and she was always available when I had a question. I felt I could completely trust her. Had a 3pm interview one day last week. Recruitercanceled same day. Something personal had come up. OK. I get that. But despite my several emails regarding both the interview and wishing her well, didn't hear from her for a week. Then it was she didn't think she could help me because it sounded like I didn't know what I was looking for. I've been out of the full-time employment arena for a few years as I own my own business and was just doing that. I know what and where I want to go. I just don't know how to align my resume to that.

Amazing experience; Promises went through as expected with my recruiter Hailey. This office is very clean, with amazing views and busy. I think they need an additional person to help with the front flow because it seems the girl who is up front does everything! I read all of the other reviews before I posted mine because I was curious to know why Aerotek had received such a low rating. I worked with Aerotek a few years ago and was placed into a position with a large defense company. This set me on the path that I'm on now and I've never been more grateful for the opportunity.
