Bought a brand new car 2 years ago (with pushy sales people and manager), looking back they slipped on a $400 "security package" fee on the bill. This wasn't mentioned at all, and after Googling it, it seems to be completely optional, and gives you a few thousand off a new car if yours happens to get stolen.
Well the reason I was looking back is because my car did get stolen the other month (apparently new Hondas are highly stolen). I emailed the sales manager Chris about this security package that I had paid for, and after 2 weeks they still haven't bothered to respond.

(Don't listen to fake reviews) If you're thinking about coming here for your services don't.These are the reasons why. They will give you a Initial wait time of 3 hours. Then they'll say they're behind and add anthor 2 hours. They'll try to up sell you anything they can and lie. Tryed to tell me that my suv was all wheel drive when it wasn't and said my rear differential fluid needed changed yet my suv is front wheel drive. Staff is not friendly and will give you attuide or lack of care for thier customers this is not my first time here this is the second time and I'll never be coming back.

We went to buy a car from this dealership in hopes that we will get a nice customer service. When we arrived, after seeing the car, we wanted to discuss the price which was above the market value and when the salesman went to the manager to ask if it’s negotiable, the manager only said no. I said I need to talk to him directly to see what was the reason however, he did not even bother to come directly for a quick conversation. I again requested for a quick chat with him but after several minutes of waiting, nobody came back to us. I will not come back for purchasing a car from this place.

We walked into Clarington Honda to inquire about a vehicle advertised on there website. My wife and I were immediately attended to by a well versed professional by the name of Mohammed Usufi. Very Bad Experience and Customer Service at Clarington Honda! I just got my Car serving done here for a total of $1425 and after having made that heavy payment when I went to pick up my car, I was totally taken aback to find that the inside was NOT SANITIZED nor was it cleaned in any way or form!! After having paid such an outrageous sum, the least I could expect from them was to at least clean my car both inside and outside, especially with the COVID 19 situation that is still rampant!! Back in August I went a little further from home for a Honda dealership as I was not happy with the one in my location. I am very Happy that I did. Very poor service especially from a salesperson named Mohammed. I had a very bad experience today when I went to buy a used accord. When I met this guy, he changed the quoted which was discussed over the phone and did not cooperate well. His attitude was like just get the car if you want, or else leave. Before thinking about the purchase of car, suddenly this guy told the car is sold. Please do not visit this place if you really need good customer service and hospitality.

It started with an email through the website to evaluate the trade in I had. About 45 min later a polite salesman named Nigel called me. He wasn’t pushy. He was very easy to talk to and natural. He simply asked info about trade in. Asked what vehicle I’m interested in and that was it. No BS, no gimmicks. I went in so they could see my trade in and they were happy with it.
