Ive been going to this spa for over a year now and Rekah is absolutely incredible. She is so knowledgeable and does incredible work. Her skill and gentle touch with facials and waxing is one of a kind. I wouldn't let anyone else deal with my skin. She has amazing customer service skills, she makes the spa atmosphere calm and serene. I have been there when it was under different management and it was not as calm and enjoyable as it is now! Highly recommend seeing her for all your spa needs.

This spa was very nice! Not only was it pretty affordable for someone with a tighter budget, but it was some of the best service I've ever had! The spa was very clean as well, with good precautions for any people who are nervous about visiting public services again. Sarah was very friendly and gentle, and did a spectacular job :) Thank you Sarah!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this spa!! I’ve been to so many places this one is the BEST by far hands down. With covid and all of the lockdowns that occurred they’ve still managed to give the best customer service experience and they’ve followed all of the procedures and precautions to keep me safe and also happy with all my services I request. The spa is so clean and calm , you can tell their main focus is your happiness and keeping you as relaxed as possible. From waxing to spa pedicures and spa treatments this place has it all and does such an amazing job you leave feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated

I adore the service I receive at Spring Mist Spa. So personable, so knowledgeable, and always welcomed. I’ve had laser hair removal done, rosacea treatments, my eyebrows threaded and even a pedicure, and every procedure has been wonderful. The laser is what I get most frequently and the results are phenomenal - better than places I’ve gotten laser in the past. You’ll be happy you chose to come here, 100%!

I was disappointed because I booked a massage, and wasn’t told until I asked for an insurance receipt that the masseuse wasn’t an RMT. That means I had to pay out of pocket when I have benefits to cover the cost of a massage. Having said that, the massage was wonderful! Pam did an amazing job and was very considerate and made sure I was comfortable and enjoying my time every step of the way. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s a lovely spa! If you don’t have benefits, this is a great place to go for a massage.
