In order to get started on your sale or purchase we'll need the following information: the full legal names of the seller(s) or buyer(s), the best phone number and email to contact you, the address of the property you are selling or buying, the Completion Day (when you move in or move out), any condition dates, your mortgage account number and bank/lender information (if you have one), your real estate agent (if you have one), marital status (if you are single, married, or legally divorced), a copy of your purchase or sale contract, a copy of your Real Property Report (RPR) with Municipal Compliance, and you'll need to provide photo ID (driver's license or passport).

Beware if you hire this firm for your real estate transaction. All I can and will say is that lack of communication cost me $1200 and a ton of aggravation. No communication until the last minute and left so much up to us to scramble to get forms signed and submitted. Clarifying questions were repeatedly asked with no response or not directly answering our questions. If never had a firm handle a deal so badly. It turned a happy day into miserable memories.
