ROOM: Clean, quiet and good, no complaints.
WIFI: Worked for smartphones but not for laptops due to a weirdly set up forwarding page, though I was able to leech WiFi from a neighboring business.
BREAKFAST: Their Expedia page claims that breakfast is included in the price, but it is not currently provided at all at this property.

It's not fancy, but it's clean and fairly central. Staff was very accomidating and friendly. Hairdryer and the main ceiling light werent working though. Note...instead of small toiletries, they've large stationary bottles that dispense their contents rather begrudgingly thanks to a collar that controls how deep you can depress the dispenser. While not too awful for handwashing, prepare for an ordeal in the shower!

Don't judge a book by the cover. Our room was fabulous. The quality of the furniture, the linens, pillows and amenities were all way beyond my expectations. It was clean, quiet and peaceful. And our room had an actual Bathtub. A 4 star hotel in my book... A 4 star hotel room... Not a 4 star price price.

This motel doesn't deserve 4 stars. . Small rooms, not even hooks to hang your clothes in the bathroom. Very stingy on sanitary. Don't provide anything in the rooms. Rooms smell bad. Not enough towels. One or two stars are more than enough. Very expensive for one night in the middle of the week. Breakfast is very bad and very unhealthy. Just muffins or cinnamon rolls in plastic bags and 2 kinds of cereal.

I really enjoyed my stay and price reasonable. Front desk staff AMAZING! I left my ring there upon checkout not realizing so and the wonderful woman working the front desk called me to have me come back! What integrity and I have so much respect for this woman! I was also running late for check in, when I called she was more than reassuring it would be fine! The room was so clean and very welcoming! I appreciate that so much! I will not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip!!

We stayed two nights in July. Room was clean, shower was great and ac worked well. It was a little noisy however it wasnt a huge deal.
20 minutes from san fran and many good restaurants close by. We had pizza one night and chinese the other.
Their breakfast offerings are slim but good in a pinch. It was muffins and pastries only. Coffee was good and they had hot chocolate.
The front desk lady was nice.
I would stay here again.

Rooms in and around San Francisco are expensive. So, if your looking to save money, you can end up in a fleabag if your not careful. North Bay in is no fleabag. It is clean, quiet, and certainly inexpensive. Well worth the money. No frills, no bells, no whistles, but every amenity you expect in any motel. I wouldn't call the owner friendly, exactly, but she was accommodating, and went out of her way to help, when I had a personal issue. You can tell she is proud of her place, and rightfully so.

Nice clean room, easy to get to right off the freeway. Had a power outage during stay but was completely out of the hands of the hotel. Polite staff, only desire was to have some kind of documentation of no incidental charges when checking out if stay was booked through 3rd party website. Everything else was great, would definitely stay again. Great price and value.

A nice place to stay in the Sydney area for a few nights.
I stayed there in early September 2010 for a wedding. Staff were genuinely friendly; whether it be the reception desk, cleaning staff or servers. This isn't anything fancy but it's a good room at a good price. I will say this: their air conditioning is outstanding! It was a hot and humid weekend and we had the AC cranked to balance out the stuffiness of formal wear.
They have a small pool which is quite enjoyable. Probably good for kids. The hot tub is great; very large and not so hot you feel like you're in a lobster boil
