Dale and the team was amazing. Was only in town for a few days, and was treated like a long time loyal customer. Dale found a used part for my wife's bike to get her back on the road, and fixed my bike while we went for lunch despite there being lots of bikes in the queue. I ended up buying a bunch of other things in the store that I didn't necessarily need just to support them more. Super friendly, knew their stuff, and such amazing customer service. Will definitely be back next time in town!

Due to a positive experience 3 years ago, I returned to Muskoka Bicycle Pro Shop again last week while vacationing in the area. This time, it was a broken derailleur cable. Once again, the staff exceeded expectations with their fast, friendly service. Repairs were done right away, at a fair price.

Incredible service. Here for just a week so timing was going to be an issue. Needed a new part after pulling the small ring off my gravel bike. They didn’t have the part, but even went as far as calling other shops in town to see if they had what I needed. No dice, so an immediate “patch” short term fix to get me back on the road. Above and beyond service!! Thanks guys!
