To help achieve this we provide warranties on our products along with complimentary frame adjustments, cleaning, nosepads and lost screw replacements at no charge. Such a great Optometry office!! This office has it all - friendly, welcoming staff to everyone who came into the office, polite and respectful 'pre-test' staff and excellent Doctors who thoroughly (and very kindly) explained everything happening with my eyes. I have always had issues with my eyes, and am very thankful to find such a wonderful office where I feel respected and heard as a patient, not pressured or where the focus is on sales vs patient welfare. So thank you so much Nechako - you are the best!!

Worst customer service I have ever had. Trying to figure out why my extended Warrenty isn't covered for a lens popping out of my frame from glasses I received from nechako optometry. These glasses I received in April of this year. Not only was the lady rude and unhelpful. She was very insinuating on the phone like I was the one that damaged the glasses. When clearly it was a fault of the company that does the lens for them. I for one will never go back. Nothing wrong with the frame at all.

I have been going to Nechako Optometry since I was a child and now my children go to Dr. Greydanus And Dr. Logan. I cant rave about them enough. They are incredibly intelligent doctors who are very diligent and thorough. They've always been accommodating to my family and very easy to talk to even when my small child has a million questions. They make us feel very comfortable everytime we come in, The staff is always very friendly and welcoming

I have been going to Nechako Optometry for years and I have received amazing service. They are always professional and treat you with great care and respect. Recently I had an eye issue and when I called they got me in that day. They did a thorough exam and found some oddities and immediately sent a referral to an eye surgeon. I am so grateful to all the staff for going above and beyond. I would highly recommend them for all your optometry needs from check ups to glasses and contacts.
