What originally brought me to Rocky's in the early 2000s was not so much the product but the team. Jeff & his team made me feel like an old friend and I haven't looked back since. I have just completed the purchase of my 5th Harley Davidson bike this fall. I am just as happy with this one as with my first one. Whether it's a quick question or a detailed explanation of a product or service, they always have time for me. I am happy to be part of the Rocky's Harley Davidson family.

This is my experience from a visit to the dealership today.
The dealership was quite nice in merchandise presentation.
I walked through the clothing and accessories area and at no time did the sales associate approach me to ask if they needed help. She wasn't busy and I was the only customer in the department.
I approached her at the cash desk and this was the only time she acknowledged my presence. I made my queries but knew that I couldn't buy from here because of her poor customer service.
I have been to this dealership before and my past experiences have been 5 stars; unfortunately not

Base gasket started to leak then blew when riding to Rockys ,, Aaron came out found the problem right away ,, told me might takes some time ,, he had her done and ready in 2 days ,, amazing job and extras he did to make sure nothing else needed adjustment ,, complete warranty ,, John and Todd made sure they had all the parts or got them asap ,, awesome service ,, and Doug always has his customer back,, Rocky,s rock "

"This was my first time dealing with Rocky's and it was a very good experience. Aaron was fast, efficient and friendly. He answered all my questions and made notes of my requests. I felt my bike was in good hands and will be well taken care of-thanks. After my bike was taken care of my wife and I shopped for a bit and found some items for Christmas - we will be back for more."
