Josh is a great guy and seems knowledgeable. Poor communication during COVID tho.
Josh do you want me to pick that Vostro up or can you put it in with e-waste? If it's back on XP I'd keep it, but it's not worth any more time to do that. I guess another option would be a linux install if you can recommend that.
I'm happy to pay for your time to make the effort for the win10 install even if the computer is trash. I know it was not a sure bet and you shouldn't be on the hook for that.

This is an awesome computer repair shop in Trail. My wife and I were on holiday in Rossland when our computer and hard drive crashed. Joshua is friendly and helpful and offers free diagnostics. He was able to diagnose our issues and give us peace of mind. His turnaround time is very fast, his shop rate is very reasonable and unlike many computer shops in the states he is very easy to communicate with.
