Miron Humeniuk is by far the most arrogant, rude, and domineering manager I’ve ever encountered. Instead of talking to you in normal voice with professionalism, he’s always been yelling at you in extreme anger and threatening you like an angry boss. We are the tenants, not your inferior or your kids. He never smiles and just never seems to be happy. Even when I try to be nice and apologize over and over again he’s still shouting and yelling at you with a threatening manner. I am very unpleased with the Proline Management company. My roommate bought a condo and we have been here 1.5 months. He has contacted our building manager MULTIPLE times. He gets ignored, put off to the side, or the front desk person will say they will “pass on the message” and never do. We have not heard back anything. Our buzzer name STILL hasn’t been changed from the previous owner... BUT yet, they have the time to come to the condo, leave a note on our guests car in visitors parking whom had a parking pass hanging. They said they couldn’t see it clearly enough and will get towed. Proline is a local business that has provided our strata good guidance and leadership. They are reliable, knowledgeable and you can count on your business being in good hands. Our strata switched to Proline several years ago after another local property management company almost put us into bankruptcy. Are they perfect, no but do they have our back, yes!

I've served on a council in a building that was managed by Proline Management and unfortunately it has left me with a negative experience. Proline Management was very mismanaged and had no disregard for fair strata act practices. They allowed for key members on the council to unfairly control the course of how complaints were handled and how money was spent. These key members demonstrated clear partisanship when dealing with strata governance matters and did not protect owners' rights and interests equally. Since I have moved out of the Proline managed building and no longer serving on the council

This is possibly one of the worst property management companies and profits by cutting out amenities and lying. They bully and are terrible to renters and landlords who rent. They will leave you without out heat for weeks. Do not rent at any of their buildings. Do not purchase a place at any building they manage for a Strata. Do not buy a property they manage if you are buying it as a rental of any type. Do not buy if you want to live in a building they manage. Your investment will go down.

Poor building management. They don't listen to complaints,rather they ignore and hope problems will go away on their own. Old radiator heating in some buildings that they don't turn off in the summer. Mangers (Micheal Peters in particular) who more often than not are obnoxious with an attitude of 'take it or leave it' style of managing. Even the head office is 'around the back' of an old low level office building. Do yourself a favour and AVOID all Proline management interactions no matter how low the rent offered. NO STARS!!!!

Does anyone who works here actually do their jobs? it doesn't seem like it. proving time and time again to be the worst property management company because of their failure to answer emails or phone calls, and failure to deal with issues. don't even bother responding to this review with an attempt at giving a solution. my partner had already put in a review previously, and even after getting the response saying to contact proline about the situation [we did contact them after], guess what, still no good answer to the email or an actual solution from proline. this company will give you the run around

If you want a rent increase during the middle of a pandemic on your already overpriced unit this is the company for you! Judging by the mass of horrid reviews it’s clear they only serve the needs of the building owners and not the tenants keeping them in business. Tried contacting management over the term of our lease and they very rarely if ever get back to you unless it’s something that serves there needs. The last straw for us was a rent increase during a pandemic that is a VERY bad look and just not morally acceptable. This is without question the worst property management company I have

Pro Lyin' as they became known for their years of mismanagement and disregard for fair business practices at our downtown strata eventually was driven away.
As more owners increasingly realized the lack of proper governance our building received from them and that they to maintain their contract renewal, supported the wrong doing and serious self interest of key strata council members until so many knew, they could no longer escape being reported to the CRT unless they left.
All councils need a strong management rep to ensure fiscal responsibility and good governance protects owners&apos

Unfortunately we will not be dealing with Proline Management again. We are not impressed with them as they have shown poor professional skills to their customers. They have cancelled on us twice when we have tried to set up appointments with them to view rental apartments. After they cancelled on us the first time they could have told us about another rental apartment that was up for grabs that same weekend, but they did not.
Trying to find places to rent can be a very stressful time for individuals and they really don't do a good job to make that task any easier.
