The Clean Shoppe not only cleans coats and jackets but also offers alterations and repair services. Wedding dress preservation and restoration is also available. Drop off your dirty clothes and we'll have you looking fresh and clean tomorrow. Our staff has over 60 years of combined experience. We're located across from Coop Grocery Store on 8th Street and on Central Avenue in Sutherland.
We personalize our clothing care for your items. Whether you need an overall cleaning, stain removal, or have items with that require delicate cleaning, we can successfully clean any article of clothing from jeans and sweaters to suits and formal dresses. For a nominal charge we offer pick-up and delivery service in Saskatoon.

I have taken many items here with great results. There was one sweater that I brought in recently that shrunk (this has happened to me at previous dry cleaners as well) and the staff were happy to replace it for me and they apologized profusely. As I said, I have had this happen to me before at other dry cleaners and that establishment refused to admit that they had shrunk the item, did not apologize, and did not try to make amends - hence my reason for finding a new dry cleaner. I will keep coming back to the Clean Shoppe, thanks for great service!

To put it lightly, the service is extremely poor. This is the worst customer service I have received in Saskatoon let alone a dry cleaners. They have very little regard for your clothes. They ruined a brand new dress shirt of mine ($160 dollar value) that I wore only three or four previous times. Not only did they still make me pay for my dry cleaning, they didn't even offer an apology that I now have a dress shirt that is no longer wearable.

Terrible experience. They forgot to include half the order when I picked up and I had to go back a second time to pick up what they had forgotten. Absolutely no apology at all, and no desire to find a way to compensate for our inconvenience. They acted like they hadn’t made a mistake. Extremely frustrating and horrible customer service.

The employees at this dry cleaners think its appropriate to laugh on the phone to a customer when their is an issue, I wouldn't recommend this place ever they mixed up all my suits together an didn't think it was a big deal.
