Very central location with good access. Rooms are clean and have some modern updates. Despite the close proximity to the highway, there was not much noise from it which was good. The door however does let the hallway noise in, so you can hear people come and go so just line the bottom with a towel. Pool and hot tub was nice, would recommend.

I have a similar review on TripAdvisor, the customer service was outstanding at this hotel and the rooms and amenities were great. Special shout-out to Nicholas at the front desk and Svetlana and her colleague in the lounge, would repeat alone just based on my appreciation for how they took care of me as a customer. I felt that sanitization and safety precautions were valued very highly during my stay, there was hand sanitizer and free masks everywhere. The rooms were really quiet, and the beds were very comfortable along with the pillows which I find are uncomfortable more often than not. Huge

Omg I’m never staying at another hotel in Red Deer again! This hotel is amazing! We stayed on the club level and got breakfast and snacks included, and had access to beverages all day. Were provided with free drink tickets! This hotel has actual roomservice on real plates?! During covid everyone is using plastic or paper everything so that was such a treat. Dogs stay free?!? All of the staff are so nice and the room was fantastic - comfy bed, great shower. Will 100% be back!!

The Hotel was Awesome, very clean, and comfortable and great location. The room had very comfortable king size bed, and great walk in shower. the gym and pool area also had steam and dry saunas which worked great. Staff were very polite and courteous. Looking forward to return for another couple of night soon.

Gill Vallee, General Manager, Judy Ulmer, Catering Manager, Randy Martinez, Banquet Manager and the rest of the Cambridge team did an amazing job catering my wedding in July 2021. Every aspect of their work from set up to service to food was fantastic! I was told by every guest I spoke to (even the pickiest of our family members) that they thought the meal was the best wedding food they had ever had! I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking to host an event or wedding! I can’t thank them enough for making what is usually one of the most stressful parts of

We had a great stay! Great service by EVERYONE we encountered. Stayed in a Club King suite. The room was very clean and spacious and although the Club was closed, they more than made up for it with breakfast and drink vouchers. Horrible customer service! What will make this review funny is if they respond with that typical automated response saying call us so we can discuss this. Why that would be funny is because they DO NOT RETURN CALLS! I had tried several times before my reservation to talk with management and left voicemails and notes with front desk staff and they… couldn’t be bothered to call me back. Even though they had 20 days before my reservation to call me back. The front desk staff were also quite rude on the phone. One person I spoke to was friendly. My room, the comforter was stained, the

The people who work here are very friendly and accommodating. Great customer service !!!! Our food was very tasty , our room was clean and comfortable although cold and it would have been nice to have some… blankets. I did have a few hot soaker tub baths to warm me up . Enjoyed the convenience of the Club Room. Overall it was a great weekend .

We held our reception here in July and we were so pleased with absolutely everything!! The venue was beautiful, excellent meal, and service was outstanding from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond for us to make the evening run smoothly, they took care of all of the details so we did not have to worry about anything! Excellent price point including the rooms our guests were all so pleased! Even the night before the reception the restaurant and lounge staff were so accommodating! I highly recommend this as a wedding venue!
