We were thinking of selling our property for the last couple of years but kept postponing it because it looked like a lot of hassle. Finally, when my husband and I decided to sell it, we contacted Dave Elfassy. He has a wonderful system and team. He was on it from the moment we called him and within days our property got sold. The entire process was so smooth and hassle free that it is unbelievable. He charges 1% commission but provides full services like staging, home inspection and photography. Had the pleasure working with Sean Millar to close on my property. It took longer than anticipated due to economic factors and being a first time home buyer, but Sean was patient with me and was there to walk me through each and every step of the home buying process. The agent who sold my condo was Sean Miller. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and calm. He understood and saw the value of my property (when two other agents didn't and failed to sell it) and he was a good negotiator when offers came in resulting in a sale price above the listing price. He helped me save on closing legal fees as well and checked in with me on the closing day to make sure there were no issues with the closing. The service was excellent. I would work with him again and I would recommend him.

Dave and his team work like a well-oiled machine! Dave has great energy and is very collaborative. Steve helped us with the sale of our home and calmly guided us through our offers which led us to a record-breaking sale! We recently bought and sold with Dave and his team. I must say it was the best experience! It took a while to find a perfect home, but Dave was patient, never pushy and very careful with his recommendations. There was a time when we got frustrated and considered making an offer for a house that required lots of compromises. Dave was very direct and honest in pointing out the doubts we had. I still remember him saying: Guys, I don't think it is YOUR house. He was right! Couple of months later we saw the house we fell in love with.
