If you do not treat your employees with respect, how am I supposed to trust you with my business.
Firing people who ask for better conditions during the long and harsh winter we are having, only to be fired and then find out others were hired WITH the conditions asked by those who got fired.
Makes me sick, plain and simple, and I am supposed to trust you with my packages when you can't even to the same for some of your employees.
Shame.

Forced into early retirement and having extra time on my hands QA took me on to do courier work.the staff and dispatchers were very understanding to my special requirements.afforded me leeway to be selective in both my hours of work and delivery routes.owe them a big thank you.

Let's just say QA courier is treating there bike courier fleet fairly right now they have fired 5 of 6. They cant be fired as bike messenger we are not employees. We are independent contractors that sign a contract stating this. S if you use QA courier here in Montreal think about how this will effect you when you have downtown deliveries.

QA Courrier is a great company that works hard to please it loyal customers and new customers alike. That being said, the business of this company is to deliver mail, that’s the business. If employees are unhappy because of the weather, they are in the wrong line of work. As a business owner, when I’m expecting an urgent overnight parcel, I want it now, not 3 days from now! That’s what I’m paying for and that’s the service I expect and QA gets that done! Great job QA ★★★★★ STARS!

If I could give 0 stars I would, just got off the phone with them and I do understand it is the holiday season but there is no need to be rude and very abrupt with your customers. 2 weeks later with no package and they point their fingers back towards another shipping company. Very unprofessional and really cannot get over how people were home for the delivery and also signed your paper to allow packages to be delivered at our doorstep and then apparently it was attempted delivery three times after that only to be sent back to the previous shipping company. YIKES!
