As the senior staff person appointed by RGD's Board of Directors, Hilary oversees the operation, administration and management of the Association. Hilary establishes and manages all sources of funding for the organization including RGD's extensive sponsorship program.

Nicola is an independent art director and graphic designer, who specializes in editorial design. Her work has been internationally recognized by the D&AD, the Society of Publication Designers, and the National Magazine Awards, among others. She has held positions as art director at Studio Wyse, deputy art director at Chatelaine and associate art director at The Grid.
Registered Graphic Designers (RGDs) are committed to the highest professional and ethical standards when working for clients, as employees and in service to the general public. RGD has collaborated with the Society of Graphic Designers of Canada (GDC) and Socit des designers graphiques du Qubec (SDGQ) to create a unified Code of Ethics.
