With most jobs, we excavate the whole house, remove the asphalt, concrete, whatever needs to be removed to dig a 4 foot trench from the wall around the house. Once we excavate it, we take any cracks we find, clean the wall, and chisel 2 to 3 inches on either side of the crack. We then repair it with hydraulic cement and bonding agent.

What is drain tile? A Drain tile system also called a French drain or weeping tile is a perforated pipe in a trench along side the footing inside or outside your house, "preferably outside" that carries the ground water away from the fountain. If your basement has flooded, there are some really important things you should know. When in doubt, don't enter the flooded area until you are told it is safe by a professional qualified to do so. Electrical Shock - When your basement is wet, there is a legitimate risk of electrical shock. If you are positive that you can safely do so, turn off your home's power at the main breaker switches.
Foundations are best repaired from the outside, we'll excavate the area surrounding the crack. Once is't been excavate, the crack is then chisled out 2 to 3 inches on each side and repaired with bonding agent and hydraulic cement. The bonding agent is important because it makes the old concrete adhere to the new.

Roger and his crue were so great at pulling out our old fence ,dug up around our gauge 3 feet put in wire all around and laid gravel down . I would recommend them to everyone.they were so friendly any thing extra we asked for they didn't hesitate on doing so. They cleaned up our yard like it was when they came over to our home . Found water in my basement, called East Coast Waterproofing as my neighbor used them. Roger came and after showing him where the water was inside, we walked the foundation and we could see the crack above ground. He suggested that where there's one, there's usually more. He provided a quote. They started the next week. 4 more cracks found, drainage system original to the house blocked with clay.
The team was professional, thorough and quick. Tidied up after themselves and I knew what to expect for the ground to settle again around my home.

We hired Roger and his crew a few years ago for our foundation repair. Roger showed up here for a free quote very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all questions we had. When Roger and his team showed up to start the job they surpassed all of our expectations. They were here by 730-8am and worked past 5pm each day! They were non-stop - I mean people do not work like these guys do anymore. They were literally machines haha. Fantastic work ethic! Whenever we came out Roger was always sharing what was happening and showing us progress. I felt that our home foundation was in perfect hands.
