I found everyone at Sunset professional and they worked with more than one family member. We needed their service twice in 4 years. From the meetings to every details of our requests and designs they never made us feel that we were a pain. They understood the emotions behind everything that we discussed. They took my parents beautiful stone and added my sisters plinth to it. Everyone that attend the burial could not believe that it was two pieces. I simply must congratulate Sunset Memorial for the beautiful job they did on our columbarium! We couldn’t be happier with the results. Though it was a long labour of love, Susan’s diligent patience, unwavering support and creative expertise made the journey a mostly stress-free success. We highly recommend Sunset Memorial to everyone with a columbarium in their future expansions. Staff were very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information with us throughout the purchasing process. They were diligent in keeping communication open with any changes or set backs that occurred during construction. Installation of our columbarium was completed in snowy conditions but everything was done carefully and meticulously. Hope other projects go just as smooth in the future.

After my dad passed away we required a headstone for his burial site and found Sunset Memorial & Stone through a kind neighbour. From the start, the staff were compassionate and professional. Linda provided options, but not too many to be overwhelming at this difficult time in our lives. Mike, the designer, was wonderful at listening to our ideas and using the graphic design program at Sunset Memorial & Stone. We left with a couple of design options to consider. When we made our decision, Linda double checked all of the specifications before ordering the memorial headstone. It arrived in the timeframe
