My boyfriend and I purchased two phones from Highland Saint John and we had them for about two weeks and had multiple issues with both of them. We went back in and they exchanged our phones for us but turns out they didn't switch the serial numbers on our account. Turns out we have been paying Apple Care for almost two years on the phones we had returned. One of the phones screen was shattered so when we took it into Apple they told us that there is no Apple Care set up for that serial number on the phone.
