Keep your furnace safe, reliable and efficient all winter long. The Furnace Service-Plus Plan includes the inspection and testing of all major components. For homes with two furnaces, the Furnace Service-Plus2 Plan includes the inspection and testing of all major components. The Air Conditioning Service-Plus Plan includes inspection and testing of all major components, along with operational checks to ensure your system is ready for summer.
A fully qualified HVAC Technician - ideally - should be a Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic for the air conditioning side of the work and have a minimum B Gasfitter license for the heating component. Filters should be replaced once they have collected "enough" dust but before they begin to plug up and become too restrictive.

Responded right away, on a weekend!. Quick and effective diagnoses of issue with my garage gas-fired heater. Repaired in a couple hours at a reasonable rate. Safe and friendly contractor. I used them a couple of years ago for water heater replacement. They are still the contractor I would recommend for any HVAC work.
