KPCS was founded by Dr. Lacey 10 years ago in a century old schoolhouse in Kanata and remains the only private cosmetic surgery facility in Ottawa. Dr. James Lacey is a Royal College Certified Plastic Surgeon, with a Fellowship in Hand Surgery and remains an American Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon after being a certified member for 10 years.

After losing over 200 pounds, I have been plagued by excess skin for many years. I hated my body. On July 15, 2021, I had a fleur de Lis tummy tuck done and I have to say, I love my body. The staff are wonderful, they know me now, they call me by name instead of asking for my name and tell me to have a seat. Dr MacArthur is an amazing surgeon. My scars are minimal. Skin removal after gastric bypass, he is the one that everyone should go see, well worth it. I look amazing and feel amazing. Thank you Dr. MacArthur....
