The lady at the Midel Shop was fantastic!!! She helped my daughter find the most beautiful dress for her graduation. During Covid, it was too busy. They had too many appts booked. One sales lady was not very nice to me or my daughter who was looking for a grad dress. She only was interested in 1 appt and the other lady was lovely but she could not keep up with the 3 other appts. As well as others in the store. I will never go back there. And I will not recommend it to anyone else.

I visited the model shop to rent a tuxedo for my brothers wedding. While a little pricey, the selection of styles and colors are amazing. The only reason I could not give 5 stars is due to the size selection of their shoes. While I take a size 12 normally I struggled to fit my feet into them, and a size 13 was just a little to small I managed with them because a size 14 was not available. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and even packed my tuxedo away after the final fitting.

Given a complicated colour matching issue for bridesmaid dresses, I anticipated getting a small swatch of the colour I picked out to mail to the bride for her approval. However I was told that swatches are only given when the order is placed. The person who was helping me laughed when I stated how unhelpful that was and still refused to give me a search when I tried to explain my situation. If you're too cheap to give a colour swatch, I'm definitely not ordering a dress from you! That's terrible customer service. Really disappointed.

Picked my wedding dress out in august of 2011 and went back 5 times between then and now Jan, 2012 showing friends and family my wedding dress. I told her i definitely wanted it and my parents were going to come back and pay for it and order it when it gets a little closer to the wedding as it was a year away. When we went back to purchase and order the dress, my dress had been DISCONTINUED and my sales person FORGOT to call me and tell me because she was NEW!!
