I had a failed septic leaching field and called Mike Stairs to come take a look. He investigated the issue and provided me with a detailed explanation of the cause and how to remedy it. During the repair he kept me well informed on the progress. His subject knowledge is second to none and most importantly he was very mindful with-respect-to a family health situation to make sure a safe environment was kept for everyone.
