My sister-In law and I were there to see Dr. Samy Ghobreyal today. He was very rude and unprofessional. Once he entered into the room without any greeting or even introduce his name, so I said to him: my sister is first time at this clinic, and so on, but he still kept silent. After few minutes, he asked how many weeks of pregnancy and some questions about my sister. It would be easer if he spoke clearly and slowly so I did not have to ask him to repeat and explain again his questions. He was likely yelling and got mad at us once asking about my sister's family doctor. I said to him, She just came

My husband and I have been here several times (mostly for me lol) and have always been treated with kindness and respect by the receptionists and doctors.

Dr.Egbyemi has been my family doctor for 19 yrs and has always made me feel like I was in good hands, handled my last pregnancy, ended up in c section and he stay with me the whole time, am having my second, I know my babies are getting the best care with him!

Dr. Maya has been my physician for a handful of years now and she is just absolutely wonderful! She really listens and takes time for me during every single visit and doesn’t rush. She’s very sweet and understanding and has a really nice demeanor. The clinics overall are just great and very well-kept and I like the other doctors there too because I’ve had to see them on occasion as well when Dr. Maya isn’t in. I really feel lucky that she is my doctor. I have never had a bad encounter with her once in my whole time of dealing with her. I definitely recommend this clinic

All they care about is money. They waste people's time and after that you have to come for many appointments just to get money our of you. The one star is for the girls working there they are humble and helpful. There was a young Dr. Ivan who left to Regina, he was a good guy. That's it.

I know with Covid that timing and schedules change. However, I arrived for a follow up appointment to discover the clinic was closed on a Saturday? There was no indication of hours on the front door and when I called the number it only says we open at 9am. I had to go to another clinic to have someone see me instead.

I phoned *7 times* and had no answer. So I drove there, and they were open. I told the receptionist I called 7 times and I asked if their phone was down. She said it wasn't and she asked if I had the right number, which I did. She didn't say anything else. No apology or anything.
Then she proceeded to be rude to one of the other people who came in after me.
Awful service today!

My wife went in with severe abdominal pain at 8pm and the doctor she saw told her to take some Tylenol and come back in a couple of days...the next day she was hospitalized her gallbladder was on the verge of rupturing and she was in severe pain. The doctors here are either severely un-educated or they do not care at all about patients. Do not ever go here unless you want sub-par care and to end up in worse condition than when you walked in. I will add however that the ladies up front are wonderful and professional.

Wish I could give 0 stars on this. I booked an appointment for 2 so i could be done by 2:30 come now it's nearly 3 o clock and all i need is a shot. Super stupid that just cause i have a simple problem doesnt mean I should have to wait this long. I should be able to be in and out but the doctors here dont care to let you get on your merry way when its something that only take 5 minutes of your time. The ladies at the front are crude and often give me harsh looks when i come in for my depo shot. Sincerly think they need to completely change their policies and actually let people get the simple things

Had the most awful and humiliating experience here, do not go here! Horrible care and a doctor who was more concerned with going home then treating her patients with respect, dignity and proper medical attention. Dr. H. Youssef was not interested in providing real care. She told me I was wasting her time and she just wanted to close the clinic (it wasn't even yet time to close). I inquired into a medication which she refused to look up, and when I asked if she even knew what it was she described the medication as something completely different. Poor time management. Booked me for an appointment at 10 . After I reach there, they took other person in between without an appointment, even it wasn't an emergency to them . The worst part is, they should ask at least that they were taking someone else before me. May find other clinic next time who respect my time .
