Do you want good, helpful, friendly service? If you do then gas up your vehicle, drive on past twin peaks motorsports and head to artic west in birchy head for all your yamaha needs, because you wont find it at twin peaks motorsports in corner brook, ive dealt with them on many occasions, phone calls and in person, the staff/manager is not friendly, and makes you feel like your just bothering him by phoning, i just recently got off the phone with them looking for a part i phoned and ordered three weeks ago and apparently they have no knowledge of that order, and not so much as even an appology

Absolutely worst service I've ever had in my life. Went there looking for a new Quad and didn't take me seriously because I'm in my twenties and look young I guess poor service trying to buy parts for my existing quad went to Western Motorsports where I have had exceptional service. However the fella in the hunting equipment does provide better service then the Dealer's downstairs.

The guy working upstairs couldn't have been more rude or lazy! When I asked for assistance with purchasing a helmet for my daughter he just pointed to the wall and when asked what the prices were I was given a price range. He said the model I was looking for was only in black and I could clearly see a red one, and when asked he said there might be one red one. Didn't offer to look, show me prices or options. And i was the only customer there besides the customer he told to go behind the gun counter himself and look at scope rings, which I'm pretty sure is against the law. I won't be buying my next

I find staff very rude, they almost have no time for you when you walk in. We had our motorcycle fixed here and what was supposed to be a week project ended up taking 6 weeks because they kept breaking parts while trying to replace one part. The job cost us over three times what it was supposed to due to all the extra parts. The original problem still wasn't fixed and we had to pay another person to fix it properly. Wouldn't recommend the service department here. When you enter the store to look around, the staff follow you like you're stealing but don't ask if you need help. Very uncomfortable
