My Nails are all chipping after few days girl didn’t finish me kept going to another person. When you are working with a customer finish her. Seventy dollars looks like a five year old did it..plus i broke out with little round soars will let all my friends know this,,Very bad for business

They are nice and kind the place is clean it’s just they didn’t do the shape of my nails correct and there all different lengths and there not even and not straight I also bleed I would recommend this place if it’s an emergency and if u NEED them done ASAP they also made me wait 30 minutes and just got home and they just started chipping my shellac

This was a very nice experience! They are always willing to listen to what you want, and if you don't like the way one of your nails look, they are super nice and will fix it immediately! I've always gone here for lack of convenience but I have never had a problem at all. They all do beautiful work :)

I have have been here a few times over the years when I visit Windsor area. It's true staff do speak another language in front of you...this is never a polite thing to do. Three of us had pedicure and manicures. My only serious complaint was the cleanliness and reuse of files and other nail tools. For pedicure they did take tools out of an oven but they didn't appear to be sterilized as they were not in individual packages. They also cut my daughter's foot when using the blade and it started to bleed. For manicures tools were just reused from table. I wasn't impressed with that at all. I need to
