Services
Over the last decade we've worked with thousands of happy residential, commercial, and Government clients. All the products we use for cleaning are biodegradable and eco-friendly, and our staff are always respectful of the environment. If you find any issues with our services, we will return to fix the problem free of charge.
Step 1 We use a soapy mop to wet and scrub the window frame and glass to release grime, debris, grease, etc. Step 2 We scrape off any tape, stickers, paint, and stubborn debris with a specially designed window scraper that cannot damage or scratch the glass. Many window cleaning companies skip this step and do not remove stubborn debris.
Step 2 We will inspect downspouts and take apart if clogged, clear, and put back together. Step 3 We will flush the eavestrough and downspout with water to ensure proper flow and no debris is left behind. Step 4 We will report any pre-existing damages or issues on the roof, gutter, eavestrough, and downspout.
Window Butler works with its sister company Softwash Butler to provide professional pressure washing and soft washing services. Our soft washing techniques will kill and remove mildew, mold, moss, grime, and dirt; which helps keep the property cleaner longer. Window Butler uses eco-friendly and biodegradable chemicals.

In November, I hired window Butler to clean the gutters of my house, since I did not have a way of getting up there.
they claimed to have done it, and sent me an invoice. with no way of verifying that the job had been done, I took them at their word and paid the invoice.
it was only a few days ago, when I had a contractor up there doing something else that we realized it was never done at all.
I called them about it, they promised to investigate and call me back. They never did, so I called them; they told me they would come on Saturday. Predictably, they never showed up.
