Useless services,don't trust them,operator don't talk nicely,they never send taxi

Called for a cab to take me to an intercity bus service. Figured giving them 50 minutes to take me a 10 minute drive away was sufficient. The dispatch told me they'd be 20-25 minutes. 43 minutes later, nobody had showed up., so my travel plans were completely screwed. If they'd given me a realistic time estimate, I could've called another company.

Great service. Lockerbee left me stranded at my hotel. AC taxi came right away and got me to the airport on time. Lockerbee missed out on a good fare and exceptional tip! This has to be truly the most reliable cab in Sudbury. I apologize to the driver for not being so talkative. I was so tired and frustrated early in the morning. Thanks for getting me to the airport on time and not allowing me to miss my flight.

I used 7 or 8 more services after the last bad experience. So far they did not do any mistake and the service was fine.
They forgot our appointment and show up 30 minutes late. They sent an unexperienced driver, went wrong way and he could not find the airport. We were completely late for the flight and came back to home. Our flight was luckily delayed 2 hours so we went again to airport but their service was awful.

Disrespectful service at dispatch. I called at 7:10 AM to get a cab for 7:40. The dispatcher told me that the cab would be there at 7:45 so I agreed. I texted back at 7:55 waiting outside to ask if the driver had trouble to find it and his answer was: we are too busy girl! I am really not impressed with the service and lack of respect.

I booked a pickup at the airport for my family member. We didn’t receive any confirmation email. We called in the morning on the day of reservation to confirm, they said they’ll send a confirmation email in the afternoon because they hadn’t gotten around to it yet. We waited until 3hrs before the pick up time to call them to confirm once again to which they replied “I’ll send my friend to pick him up.” Pick up did actually occur on time however very unprofessional. Not reliable at all. No confirmation email to this day.

From out of town. Called based on ratings. They said 30-45 minutes. Fine. Busy work rush hours, I get it. An hour later, I called another cab company after 3 attempts to reach AC with their telephone just ringing endlessly, and that company told me another half hour. 1.5 hours later and AC still never showed. What great prompt service you have!

Amazing service by Linda! Such a polite and kind person. She came to our rescue after we were abandoned at the airport with my mother and 4 month old baby. The shuttle service that’s supposed to be available to arrivals was nowhere in sight after waiting over an hour and a half for a cab in the middle of the night.
If it wasn’t for her and the security desk worker at the airport we’d probably still be there.

Beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!! I called way ahead of time to book a taxi to take me to a very important work appointment when I called again 20 minutes ahead of my pick up time to confirm I was then told by the same person who had taken my first call that it would not be possible to pick me up now because and I quote "they were too busy to make it now". I then called another company Valley East Taxi that not only saved the day for me but went above & beyond to do so!!

As a non profit, we rely on reliable and affordable options for out of town managers to attend education forums and Board meetings as necessary. AC is a family owned company with a great reputation. We've used their services for years for years. Whether it's calling ahead to make sure they are there at the airport or at our Centre to bring us back, AC Taxi has been a pleasure to do business with. We also have clients who require special assistance and they have met their needs with compassion and patience.

They were friendly and easy to contact by phone to book a cab. They arrived on the dot of the appointed hour and drive well and as quickly as possible. I can tell you after my experiences with other cab companies it was a relief to have professionals who do what they say they will.
