Clean. Comfortable. Spacious. Good price. The wifi is potato speeds but that's alright. And the black towels? Definitely clean. Totally. Couldn't possibly not be clean.

Big Horn Hotel was absolutely lovely!! The room was quite spacious and clean. The front desk clerk was super nice as well. We also love that they are a Pet Friendly Hotel as we were traveling with our dog 🐕. Big Horn Hotel was a great stop and we slept really well on their comfy bed it made traveling through Canada enjoyable after a nights rest.

Asked nicely whether I could use their Wifi to download my email messages. Wifi is for guests only. Fair enough but not exactly friendly.

We passed through Watson Lake last year and a lot of the reviews mentioned bed bugs so we stayed at Andrea's Motel instead. This time around we stayed at Big Horn. Friendly service upon check in, very spacious and clean room. We checked for bugs but the bed and sheets were clean as a whistle. Bathroom and tub were clean and the room had satellite TV and wifi. I highly suggest a stay at this hotel if you find yourself stopping in Watson Lake for the night.

Pleasantly surprised by the accommodations at Big Horn Hotel. Friendly clerk, clean rooms, excellent water pressure In the shower which made for a relaxing shower after a long day of driving! Also appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers! Rooms may appear a bit dated to travelers but the bed was absolutely comfortable and we slept fantastically!! Great breakfast next door also- I think it was called Andreas Restaurant. Overall pleasant stay!

Stayed here on our drive through Canada. Pet friendly with big rooms. Staying here was like staying the night at Grandma's house. The decor is not modern, but the rooms were clean and the prices were affordable. It's a great location along the highway, safe area, and grassy area for pet walking in between this hotel and the building next door. Full disclosure, there are reviews here that mention bedbugs. Consequently we did a thorough inspection of the mattress and all bedding and everything was spotless. I honestly suspect reviews mentioning bed bugs are spreading false info. We found this place

I stayed here while traveling to Alaska. I had a late check-in and staff was very friendly, even giving me a little more time to check out in the morning. Very basic, bed and room was clean, which is all I could ask for on my long journey.
The room I stayed in was very warm (room on bottom floor), I saw this in a previous review, so I opened the window and used the fan in the room and it cooled off enough. My only real compliant is they charged me a pet fee for a service animal and more than what I was quoted when I booked the room.

Horrible experience! They assigned me room 106, so we go in and get comfortable and I notice a bag left in there. I take it back to the man at the desk and asked him did you give us the correct room or did someone leave this? He assured us he was correct and we were in the right room. Not to much longer him and another gentleman open our door and said "what are you doing in here". The rude guy at the front desk tried to blame it on us! We had to pack our stuff and go to a different room. I would look elsewhere.

This place is pretty perfect. They recently had some renovations so it is beautiful inside but there were some little hiccups in our room... nowhere to hang clothes and no mattresses only box springs to sleep on, and the TV wasn't cabled in, but all in all the staff was great, the accommodations were sufficient, and everyone was very very friendly in town. The attached bar/restaurant is a super added bonus and the food is awesome. Thank you!

The hotel is Dog friendly. So that was a plus for me. The hotel is an older model. Has an old look to it. Little run down. The rooms were okay. It was clean but just old. It was quite and we had no issues the entire stay.

On our way out we stopped at the Sign Post Forest and now I know I'll be taking a sign to post when I go back down.

We have stayed here 4 times now. Last night we had the room with the Hot tub, after the long drive it was just what was needed. Nice people working there, everything in walking distance. Hotel is furnished with nice furniture and not your normal sheets, nice bed big towels. Big TV with several channels - which you can see from the hot tub.

The only reason they do not get a 5 is because the wifi needs to be fixed, it poped in and out and it was hard to get anything done using the internet.

I was super relaxed driving into this town after Laird hot springs; however I immediately felt creeped out and unsafe due to all the people in town staring at my car. I am moving from school in CA back to AK, so everything is in my car. I got food at two different restaurants, went to the sign forest, did laundry, got gas, and went to the store before I decided to check into a hotel. I wanted to find one with secure parking since I kept getting strange looks from everyone and I didn't feel my things were safe. When I went to park at the hotel, my car was in front of guests windows and it didn

Not bad for a "not planned stop"...Rooms are clean and spacious. No problem having our dog with us. Jackie was super friendly and accommodating. Reasonably priced for the area. Overall would recommend if you need to stop in WATSON LAKE, YUKON....Teslin is 160 plus miles heading northwest!!!

Not worth the money. It is the most expensive "hotel" we have stayed at while traveling throughout Canada, and probably the one that we enjoyed least. It is very outdated. The beds seem like a cheap take on Tempur-pedic.

There was a heater in the room, but the system was off so it wouldn't work for us. The furniture in the room was weirdly thrown together. The bathrooms don't have sinks in them.. you have to use the one in the kitchenette. There is no microwave in the rooms.. but one in the common area.

The workers were not welcoming or friendly. During our stay, there were

Hotel is actually in Watson Lake, Yukon not Teslin.
Room dark, but spacious. Adequate. Accommodations not anything I would recommend, unless it's the only option.

Not fancy, but a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. My main concern with a hotel is the bed and ours was very comfortable. The shower & toilet are in the bathroom and the vanity as well as the refrigerator and coffee maker are in an alcove off the bedroom. We slept well and enjoyed our stay.
