I think the only reason that I'm giving them one star. Is because there isn't an option to give 0 Stars. First of all, they're not punctual. Don't call when they say they're going to call. Show up late. And then to make things worse. And add insult to injury. They pad their bills. We live approximately 100 km from the nearest major Center. Because of this we're used to having to pay mileage for people to come up and work on our equipment here in the restaurant. But I have to tell you that I really do feel. That Being charged $500 for travelling time. To drive out here

Sound overwhelmed and could not even come remotely close to giving me a rough cost on the service. Just ask for a $500 pre auth on your credit card without any sort of inclination of how much a simple job MAY cost. Not overly helpful, and not suggested to just give your credit card , when someone cant even give you a rough price on a call out or for a routine task.
