Services
From the mighty Miramichi, Jennifer relocated to Fredericton in 2001 to attend law school at the University of New Brunswick. After being called to the Bar in 2005, Jennifer became a partner in 2007 at the young age of 27. From there, Jennifer went on to do amazing things in her career and her list of accomplishments and awards are endless.
Spencer is an associate lawyer whose practice is focused on criminal defense, while also being driven to help others in family law as well. Originally from Stanley, New Brunswick, Spencer moved to Fredericton to attend university and has lived in New Brunswick her entire life. She holds a Bachelor of Science with honours in Environment and Natural Resources from the University of New Brunswick (2014).
Marie-Hlne Chapdelaine Gauvin is originally from Paquetville, New Brunswick. She graduated law school from the Universit de Moncton in 2020, and was admitted to the Law Society of New Brunswick in 2021. Before studying the law, she completed a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, majoring in political science with a minor in criminology.

We have created an initial consultation process that is packed with enough valuable advice and information equal to 2 or 3 meetings in one. All new clients are required to sign a Retainer Agreement that sets out the anticipated legal fees and other costs and the scope of work.
