LoL The owner is a pompous textbook narcissist who treats his staff like absolute sht and whom i would compare to the Michelle restaurant owner on gordon Ramsay's kitchen nightmares. He cannot handle even the slightest bit of criticism, is defiantly arrogant and must be revered for regular boost of ego. Never forget that if you're bringing business here you're kissing the rear of a greedy, selfish and self conceited man whose only sole purpose is self gain.

We decided to give Imperial Carpet another try even though our first purchase did not go smoothly. The carpet that we purchased the first time, about a year ago, did not lie flat. When we called them about it they assured us that it would settle after a couple of weeks or so. After one month it had not improved at all so we called them to say we would like to return it. They refused to give us a refund so we accepted an exchange for another carpet. Despite this experienced we decided to give them another try for our living room rug. We were dealing with a very helpful, pleasant salesperson

Imperial Carpet & Home has been a favourite place to take my clients shopping for carpets for years. Their selection is outstanding, their prices are reasonable and the quality of merchandise is wonderful. My favourites are their hand knotted antique style area carpets in sumptuous and very contemporary colour palettes. If you are in Toronto and shopping for carpet, area rugs, or stair runners, do not pass up this place.
