Second time having a bad experience. When we walked in, the host checked our vaccine cards and said we have to spend a minimum $100 for a table. We said okay, and sat down. 5 minutes later, the host came up to us and said we needed to leave because a group of men were waiting before us. Apparently they complained that they should of got the the table first.
I understand they were waiting, but it’s the host’s responsibility to keep track of who came first and seat them accordingly. It’s very unprofessional to kick out your guests once they’ve already seated. There’s no customer loyalty

Their service is lower than average. I have been there few times and they didn't have any seats but another group who were behind us in the line knew the server came with no reservation and got a table in 5min and we had to wait for 40min. overall, the shisha was good but were were not pleased with their service and the patio is to simple as well.

I always enjoy coming to Cyan. The ambience is really nice. DJ nights are fun and prefect when it’s a friends birthday. Have had quite a few parties here over the years. It can get a bit loud and difficult to hear your friends you're sitting with. Always find their food to be delicious. Good food presentation. Shisha is good. The server call buttons (for service, water, etc) are kinda useless, as we have waited around after pressing the button and then we just end up flagging a server down. Regardless of this, I do return. The servers are friendly. It’s a great venue overall. Always prepare

Food looks pretty for instagram pictures. But not worth the money.
The meat was way too dry, the salad seemed old and had a lot of vinegar.
When asked for a sauce or dip, they offered humus with a charge.
Won’t be returning here.
If you are looking for a nice shisha with good food and nice vibe.
Volcano in Pickering is way better than this place.

Honestly, I am very picky with shisha so i do not like this place, and the food is not good either. The environment is pretty nice and relaxing, I would not go again, but I can see why my friends like it. The employees do not seem like a problem, but the manager seems like the issue. Also there is no music on the patio, not sure why, because at a low volume, a little music won't hurt anybody. Do not buy the salad i posted a picture of, I hated it.

I loved the place’s vibe and the food was absolutely delicious. I knocked off 2 stars because we disliked the mannerism of our waiter. Right from when we stepped in, he acted like we were bothering him and he had something better to do. I wouldn’t go back there because service is really high on my list and I drove all the way there with my colleagues cos we wanted to try out a new place so ah well. That’s that. We all agreed the place was nice but he was the only waiter we saw there and the place was empty when we got there so he really can’t have been under any previous stress. I hope

One of the better upscale lounges for hanging out with friends. The food is pretty good but over priced. Staff is friendly and they have a pretty convenient ordering system at your table for when you need more eater, or to request the waiter or just asking for your bill. Seats are pretty comfortable and there are a variety of seating options. Interior is nice. Love the knafeh dessert!! One of my go to places when I'm in town. Would prefer if there was a better variety on music options! Recommend checking it out.

The worse customer service female server doesnt know or remember what the hell shes telling the customers. the manager looked high AF did NOT know how to solve an issue his server started. bad management they… need to hire someone that knows what they are doing in this business!! would never go back again and i would never suggest/recommend this place for anyone

Great atmosphere and music was good. Crap customer service. When your food arrives you literally need to remind them for utensils and napkins. Got to be careful paying they added gratuity to the bill we were a small group and still have the tip requirement on the terminal. Comes off as a cash grab hoping the customers won’t notice. Not impressed with that.
