We are Dema Woodwork; we are a custom and architectural millwork company located in an 18,000 sq ft, stand alone building in Brampton, On. close to major roads with a self contained finishing room, in-house drafting and engineering. We use 3D Solidworks and Autocad software and a modern CNC machine.
These strong, cozy and multifaceted built-ins are testaments to our abilities to work with many trades like upholsterers, metal and glass fabricators. Curved straight or back to back seating we take ergonomics and table size into consideration before building. It's important to check the dimension of seat cushion to back rest ratio.
Custom is our business. We work with designers and architects to produce really stunning features. We combine conceptual thinking with our engineer thinking and we come up with a product at is build-able and still looks like the original concept. We partner with structural engineers to build a strong safe product, especially for ceiling features and railings.
As with every project we take on at Dema we strive for the best. We work closely with a custom metal fabrication shop to design and build some spectacular metal work. Each square was laser cut out of 16 gauge material and mounted on a full frame. We also built their standards and brackets, as well as the merchandise hanging racks.
