Nick was a huge help, I was balls deep on the ally way soaking wet and had no other options, but he came to the rescue, my knight in rubbers, jeans and a black hoodie, he helped dig me out of there and towed me to safety. I'd deffinetly call this place for help again. Also great pricing

The service here was top notch. I had Nick help me with a tow. He kept me updated and answered all my questions. In addition, he performed his job in a timely manner all the while being very safe. He also picked me up and dropped me off at the hotel I was staying at.

Prime Towing is an excellent addition to the ever growing Grande Prairie region. I'm writing this review after using their service on 3 separate occasions. What I enjoy about this company is the complete professionalism. When the tow truck arrived the driver greeted me with a handshake and smile and proceeded to inspect my vehicle 360 degrees to make sure the haul would be safe and my vehicle would not be damaged in the process (this means a great deal to me because I drive a foreign car.
On all occasions my vehicle was delivered without harm, efficiently, and without worry. I handed my keys off

'Twas a snowy winter eve, somewhere between Christmas and New years when my LEMON Died in the middle of town... It Rang Thrice and I was met with warm jokes about how people don't normally call them if they're, "having a good time." LOL... They sent me Sir Nick (the TG ;p) who showed up just as the winter chill was penetrating the cab of my truck. (In a very timley fashion) He Was straight to business, and we were on our way in no time at all. It was a Fair price and he even was Kind enough to drop me (and my broken ego) at home after everything was said and done.. There are still Awesome people
