I brought my car into General Collision due to problem that another shop created. Chase and the rest of the staff were fast and friendly, and they fixed the problem in a professional manner. General Collision assessed my needs and delivered my vehicle back to me, on schedule. I would recommend this auto body shop if you want quality and reliable service.

My vehicle was in for painting, fixing up a scratch from a rear collision and additional side door repairs I requested since the car would be with them anyway.
I cannot express how impressed I am with their work. Looking at the door now, it's not possible to even have known someone's door had slammed into it (Lethbridge wind is scary for parked cars at the mall). They were fast, accommodating took care of the rear damage flawlessly (even cleaned up the interior which I really appreciated), and where absolutely reasonable with the cost to have the work done.
If I ever need work done in the future

These guys really were excellent! Ibrought my truck by for a quote and in a matter of a couple weeks including delivery time of replacement parts they had my truck back to me looking tip top brand new… I really appreciated the work the general collision did and know that anyone else needing vehicle repairs done will be hard pressed to find anyone more efficient for a fair price anywhere in southern Alberta

They got me in quickly even though they’re booking a couple months out. My windshield had been smashed and I needed some body work, paint etc on the roof as well. They kept in contact with me, updating me, which I SUPER appreciated since the work took a little bit longer than they’d anticipated. That made me not mind - good communication. I was so happy when I picked up my truck with the amazing job that had been done.

Excellent service! I took my vehicle in for rust repair and Kevin did everything he could to find a solution for me. Turned out that because of the age of my vehicle, patch panels were no longer available and to properly repair everything would cost A LOT and likely not be effective. Kevin could have charged me a bundle - instead he gave me some great advice and charged me nothing. Reception staff was amazing too. I couldn't be more impressed with the quality, care, honesty and friendly service that I received here.

If you want a cheap and great service, General Collision is where you go. I went to fix auto and carstars and their rates are so high but when I checked out General collision they got me the cheapest one possible as I'm a student and I'm really happy about the finish product.
