After earning his Medical Doctor degree, Dr. S. Tytus accepted a residency in Family Medicine with the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Laura began her career in healthcare as an RN before returning to school to attend the MSc Primary Health Care graduate program.

Conveniently located in the same building on the same floor as our clinic is Caledonia X-Ray and Ultrasound. If a member of our team requests one of these diagnostic imaging tests for you, the technologists next door may be able to see you the very same day. In addition to x-ray and ultrasound, the centre can perform bone mineral densitometry (BMD).
If you're booking for a dependant, please book the appointment with your account using your name and email address, and indicate your child's name in the notes field. In fitting with our team-based approach, appointments are booked with the first available healthcare provider. If you don't see your appointment type listed, phone us to book your appointment instead.
The intake form must be submitted for each member of your family intending to join the practice. The forms are not used to screen your admissibility: all individuals with a valid Ontario health card are eligible to enrol in our practice. If you can't print the document, you may pick up as many copies as you need at our clinic during regular hours.

I questioned Ashely about a diagnosis and asked for a second opinion. From that point on there was no communication from the clinic about anything. Was under observation for other things and I was left to fin for myself. Tried to get a script filled for months and nothing, until the pharmacist sent another request stating that we've been waiting for months. Had to do research myself about the condition and went to another doctor to confirm that her diagnosis was wrong. After that I had no choice but to leave the clinic as they failed in helping me as a patient but instead just wrote me off.

How ever the Caledonia clinic staff and nurse practitioners are a joke
They should not be able to carry the title they have, they’re rude, think they are real doctors
They be better of shutting this clinic down,
They have no business being open and saying
They can help you.
That’s why I shop and have a new doctor in hamilton.
To summarize do not take your family to this clinic.

This clinic is a joke the receptionist has alot to learn about being kind just plain rude I left here and found a real doctor and one who doesn't charge to renew prescriptions and takes the time for you and a real receptionist that's kind and helpful and a doctor that can fit u in without wating weeks on end.

I had a doctor for 16 years who knew nothing about me. He was rude and condescending. Since switching to doctor Tytus in caledonia I feel like a human again. I’m always treated with respect. Dr. Tytus is caring and explains everything to me so I understand diagnosis and treatments. All of the staff are great. The receptionist Jen is also terrific. My only complaint is I don’t always get a call back when needed. I understand the nature of their office and know they are busy (especially on Fridays). I’ve also used the virtual clinic and was seen by dr. Tytus senior. He is also a great doctor

I’ve already wrote a review but feel the need to write another. I have no words to describe the care I received this week from Amy! Never in all my life have I known a doctor to go out of their way as much as she did! I’ve been dealing with a lot of health issues and she just went over and beyond. I am thankful for her and all the amazing staff at Haldimand Medical Clinic! Always friendly, fast appointments. Highly recommend them A+++++++

The receptionist at this doctor's office is rediculous!! When you call you can never get through lines are always closed so your onmy option is to leave a message. And when doing so they never return phone calls. I've called plenty of time and left multiple messages only to have them not returned at all even a month or more later . Very unprofessional .

I switched to Dr. S. Tytus about 4 years ago & it was the best decision Ive made! I always get an apt fast! And on the actual day I rarely have to wait longer then 5-10 min. For most of my apts I am with Amy the doctors assistant & she is fabulous!! She always takes her time to help me. All the staff are very pleasant!
