I have been working hard knocking on every door in the city to find a place and it is hard to even get a viewing I'm still waiting for responses from over two weeks ago. Trista Groulx messaged me back immediately she is very professional and very kind and patient she helped me with the application without a sweat even if I don't get the place these guys are the only ones who actually took the time.

My fiance and I went to look at a home for rent with rent4all. The home representative name Trista Groulx was very unprofessional and rude. After the showing I messaged her many time regarding the property and she read all the messages and never returned anything. She was demeaning and condescending making assumptions about my fiance and I. She was unresponsive and did not clarify by any means how to apply for the property. In her words"our opportunity is tarnished" due to the fact that she didn't appreciate me and my fiance reaching out so many times. I will never rent with this company nor recommend

Would not recommend this company. Hired them last year to rent my property. They took great pictures however very slow communication. I was the one constantly asking for updates after not hearing from them . Then they will try to upset services that I' was not terested in. In the 2 months found me 1 tenant with a dog although I said no pets.

Completely agree with John below, it's hilarious to see all the fake 5-star reviews, but the company is so bad it's still rated 3.3, that should tell you something about their service.
Unfortunately when we moved to Windsor we were desperate enough to rent one of their properties, during the time we rented from them we faced poor quality, lack of professionalism and lack of response even when we didn't have basic things such as heat. When we did receive the response we were threatened with eviction because we were maintaining the property at a "poor" temperature. All and all an awful experience

A few of us are pooling our money together to put together a lawsuit to sue these fraudsters and try to get our money back. Organize with your fellow tenants! Our lawyer says we should be able to recover at least a significant percentage of our money. Don't let these criminals continue to get away with what they're doing. The fake 5 star reviews will be part of the evidence. Have a feeling they weren't smart enough to hide their IP.

Extremely disappointed in this company. This management took over managing duties of the apartment I am renting along with a new landlord. While I'm sure their hands were tied somewhat by an incompetent landlord, they certainly did not improve the situation. Building routinely a mess, missed garbage collection was routine in first several months of management, rude customer services, lack of notice when entering apartment, lack of notice when shutting off water (thats always fun), bathroom sink that has not worked for four months, unfixed controlled entrance (even when there is history of theft

I honestly wish I could give this business NEGATIVE stars. How it’s still up and running is EXTREMELY questionable. I have worked in the service industry all my life and I have never been treated so nasty.
These unprofessionals truly need better management and a customer service class.
They don’t care about the service they provide or how they provide it.
