The job was a small one but it was done it a day. Ozan was polite, knowledgeable and informative about what had to be done. He cleaned up the area when he was done. Stuck to the estimate he gave me. Ozan provided outstanding work and service. He went above and beyond addressing our parging repairs and completed a small stucco job on short notice, matching it nicely to our existing stucco style. His project wrap-up and clean-up went beyond our expectations... he left our yard and landscaping in better condition than he found it.

Ozan gave us a reasonable quote for doing the parging on our new house, did a really good job and charged what he quoted. He let us know when he would be here and how long the job would take. He even worked in the mud from all the rain we've had to get the job done! We are very happy with Ozan and with the work he did for us.

My house required a small stucco and pargin repair and Ozan at Solida was the first contractor to respond, make an actual site visit, and provide an estimate on the repair. On top of that, Ozan went above and beyond and noticed a few other problem areas that required attention and quoted a separate estimate to address these as well. All the repairs were scheduled and completed within a week of me giving Ozan the go ahead. His quality of work and attention to detail are top notch and his pricing is honest and extremely fair. 10/10 will be using Solida for any future stucco or pargin repairs.

Ozan at Solida Construction Ltd just completed parching around the exterior of our home and we were very pleased. Upon calling for an estimate, Ozan showed up after his workday as promised to provide an estimate. He was timely, very efficient and did very good work. He went the extra mile and worked beyond our expectations as he is meticulous in providing a seamless job. The parging was literally falling off the side of my house. I contacted Solidarity through their website and made arrangements with Ozan to come to complete an estimate for me, followed by completion of the work. Ozan was very efficient in his work and displayed a very pleasant demeanour throughout. The work has been completed and my house looks so much better. Everything was cleaned up nicely, including the removal of the old parging from my premises.

Our 1976 home had never been parged. Years of neglect by previous owners and 40+ years of harsh Alberta weather took its toll on our foundation. Actually, let me rephrase that…our foundation was a disaster. Then we found Ozan (thanks Google!). A true artisan, Ozan worked his magic and our house instantly looks years younger.
