For ages 6 years and over, our recreation programs offer a great opportunity to exercise and advance your skills in a challenging and fun program!

With our NCCP certified coaching staff, gymnasts will develop strength, flexibility, endurance, and a grace of movement while offering total physical fitness and an opportunity for self-expression.Gymnasts will be provided with a chance to develop the fundamental skills that can also be applied to all levels.

These athletes give a 10 month to a year commitment depending on their team. They train with the same group throughout the year giving them a chance to build close friendships with their fellow teammates as well as their coach. By gaining these friendships they become supportive and encourage each other throughout the year.
All Virtual Camps will be ran through Zoom. Camps will provide children with camp activities, Physical Exercises, Games & Arts and Crafts that will be completed safely at your home virtually. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Flour, salt, food colouring, vegetable oil, lemon juice, warm water, mixing bowl, measuring cups & spoons.
For Children 5 years and up (or JK students), the Kempettes PA Day Camps will be jam packed with art & crafts, games, activities and lots of gymnastics! Each member must pay this fee at time of registration in order to particulate in any of our gymnastics programs. This is a requirement as set out by Gymnastics Ontario and the Board of Directors.
Please note that strict protocols and screening measures will be set into place for athletes entering the facility. Social Distancing will be required at all times inside and outside of the facility. This will be monitored by our staff. Athletes will be required to wash/sanitize their hands when enter the facility and before and after each activity.

Visited earlier before C19 lockdown and was amazed at how overcrowded and crammed the groups were. Calls during office hours go unanswered. Attended in person and tried to find a member of the administration for over an hour to speak with and there was not anyone around (despite the large number of students and parents.) Really difficult for a newcomer to get access to classes. Asked about future enrolment for advanced and competitive classes (fall, winter, next spring) and they are booked by long term students. No refunds available either.

Staff is amazing...My Granddaughter has been going to BKG for just under a year now and she loves it..And thanks to the staff I am starting to understand Gymnastics..slowly but if I have even I question I feel like a dummy asking they always answer me and make sure I truly understand so I am completely comfortable having Her there. I am so happy we found BKG

Not sure what to make of this place but the first impression is not good.
Signed up my daughter last minute on Thurs. for a program that starts on Sunday of the same week.
My wife called and we got the price over the phone. $201
When I got there the representative that had me fill out the application. She asked of it was okay to email the receipt. I agreed.
As my child had to go to the bathroom which I took her. Left my Visa with the representative to charge my card. (Normally not something I do)
When I got back she told about a membership fee to Ontario Gymnastics to the tune of $43. Additionally
