I had my central heating/AC machine replaced this year in January (2019) my last machine was 25 years old and replacement parts are no longer available. The heating worked fine all winter and currently still works. My landlord contacted Genco because of AC issues. With the AC set to 50 degrees F (10 C), the interior temperature of my apartment sits at a higher temperature than outside. When the techs came, they opened the first part of the machine and notice the heating coil was damaged. They immediately and without looking at anything else, closed it up and stated that my heat doesnt work but
