John was discourteous when we asked them to fix a simple mistake. We paid for a 20’ propane hose for our RV BBQ. When we got out camping with the family the one given to us is only half that long. I expected an apologetic attitude with a let’s fix our mistake, but instead was forced to keep the shorter hose I don’t want. Further he answered the phone while serving us and described his day as ‘hitting his head against the wall.’ We have spent thousands through your business in the past and you chose to stiff us over your mistake on a $40 part. Wow great bbq place, I picked up parts for my bbq and didn't have to pay outragious prices or shipping charges if i would have had to purchase them online. I called ahead and they had everything ready. Great service.

Purchased a electric radiant heater for almost 1500.00
After installation we discovered it didn't meet our expectations. I tried reaching out to John and other staff to have him contact me multiple times to see what could be done. I stopped by the store to speak with him after a week. John was not in, but i was assured he would call me back to discuss some sort of a solution. We would have certainly upgraded, but its clear with almost a month past and zero effort from BBQ's & More to reach me for a solution that after-sales satisfaction is very low on the priorities for this local business.
