My brand new vehicle has an argument with a car wash and lost. But, the service team made the repair painless. The personnel were professional, polite and person centered; especially Melanie. In addition, my SUV was repaired to it's original luster. The only concern I have is around timing. When it was determined that my car was not going to ready as arranged; due to power outages at the shop, a call would have been appreciated. I could have rearranged my plans that day.

The service at Georgia Straight Collision was top notch! My first time filing an insurance claim was made much easier with the help of Melanie and Jason. I was updated on the whole process and kept in the loop while waiting for windshield to arrive during the busy holiday season. The folks here are very friendly, thoughtful and professional. Absolutely blown away. The customer service at Georgia straight is top notch! They helped me when someone hit my truck and really go the extra mile to explain and help with the process. My truck looks brand new again! And at half the time I thought it would take. I highly recommend using them and can't thank them enough.

Such a great business to deal with during a difficult time. Mel and Jason were so professional and kind after my car accident and made everything as easy as possible for me while my van was being repaired. They offered a nice curtesy vehicle, cleaned my entire van while in the shop, inside and out, and even went out of their to pick up and drop off my van when I couldn’t make it into the shop. The van repaire was seamless and it looks brand new!! Thank you Georgia Straight!

I had never filed an insurance claim before but GSC made the process super simple straight forward! Melanie and Jason are both great to talk with and they had me sorted with an appointment within 5 minutes of being there. Great customer service - They dealt with my claim and made sure all was good, answered any questions I had and also called me with updates. Amazing job on the truck too - happily recommend them to anyone needing body/paint work. They even washed it twice.Thanks guys!

Melanie and her team at Georgia Straight Collision did a fantastic job over the course of my entire ICBC claim. I had a fender bender and brought my car to them for the initial ICBC estimate and was happy to have them take care of the repair work. My car was returned to me in great shape, and Melanie was transparent and thoughtful throughout the entire repair process. Great customer service and communication!

Damage was done to my truck while being transported from the affiliate company Georgia Strait Towing compound, after investigating on my own, RCMP who attended the accident scene on the day of my accident, took pictures of my truck front, rear and both sides, with no evidence of scratches or indent to the right rear door, I received a call from Fix… Auto asking, if I would like to fix damages that weren’t part of the original accident, upon completion of my truck, I noticed a ding on the right rear bumper and the mud flaps were missing or loose....unfortunately, I’ll never use
