Located in downtown Southampton, Martin's Bicycle Shop has been serving cyclists for 20 years. Martin's Bicycle Shop has been in business for 20 years in downtown Southampton. The shop has grown in both size and selection over this time to help cater to the growing cycling market. We are a family shop which offers all styles of bicycles from mountain to road, and kids to e-bikes.

Our mission is to provide quality products and service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. We also strongly believe in supporting community charities, causes, and events. We provide options for riders of all ages and every imaginable use. Flat tire repair on rear. Assumed they would inflate front tire as it was low on air. Attention to detail could be improved. Otherwise an ok experience.

Wanted to thank the Staff at Martin's Bike shop. We purchased a Walmart special online. I put it together but a few things like the brakes just we not right. I called Early Tuesday Morning and ask if they could look at it maybe a tune up.. They could not do a tune up but agreed to look at it. They were extremally busy helped each customer .. I waited my turn to talk to back Bike staff. Never got his name but he came out checked my daughters bike. Fixed the issue in 3 mins / Asked what I owed and he said nothing . I think you very much for the quick service and helping me out. Brakes are very important

I needed an emergency repair on my bike but they advised me they are only fixing bikes that were purchased there. I have been a customer at this bike shop on a few occasions, but I've never purchased a bike. I guess not all customers get the same treatment. Not a very well thought-through policy, IMO.

Martin’s has excellent service. They found a bike for me, took the time to make sure it was sized right and was tuned properly. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid when I asked questions as a beginner which has happened in other bike shops. I highly recommend them.

Amazing staff!! Everyone is so kind and helpful!! Products are all excellent quality. Service is impeccable - my bike’s chain broke, my hubby brought it in and 10 min. Later he walked out with a fully repaired bike. I will be shopping here for years to come.

Had a snapped rear derailleur fixed on the spot. My mountain biking long weekend was saved thanks to these guys, as I was in and out of the shop within 20 minutes. 10/10

I was quoted “around $220.00” for my bike repair. It ended up being $340.00. They told me they would call when it was ready. I sat and waited a month and never got a call. Also something simple like getting your bike back with deflated tires. I figured with a $340.00 repair, the least you can do is take a bit of time to put some air in the tires.

Great store - helpful friendly staff and good prices. I went there today to find some obscure parts that I'd lost. After searching, the guys at the service counter found some in their spares pile. Didn't want to charge, so I put a donation in their charity box.

Great service! I bought a beautiful Norco bike years ago from Martin’s but never really rode it much because the tires were too narrow for riding on the loose gravel trails in the area. Martin’s had a great solution and were able to install wider tires on my beautiful comfy bike. I am now looking forward to riding the trails with confidence

Great shop! Got a tune up with some well needed parts for my husband's hybrid. They were able to fit it in while we were doing some other errands in South/Port and having lunch at the Pea pod. Excellent service!
