Came in as a first time tanner, felling a bit dumb since I dont know anything about it. The girl working was awesome and took the time to answer my questions and show me how to use the machines. Great customer service, they even let my 4 year old wait while I tanned and kept an eye on him. Much appreciated :)

I have been a happy tanning customer for years and just had microblading done by lisa. She is AMAZING!!! not only did she thoroughly explain the entire process, she was immaculate with her measurements and meticulous with the procedure. She would not let me leave until she was happy with my brows. Don't go anywhere else!!!

I have been going for a number of years and always purchase a three month tan package, but this will be my last year. I have tried making an appointment for massage, but never get a call back with a day and time after talking to someone about my request. They have unbending rules and I have never received a reply to any of my emails expressing my concerns. I was going to purchase a fourth month, but gave up after getting poor attitude.

Ordered spa package for my mom and myself, unfortunately we were quite disappointed with the services received that day. HOWEVER the owner, Lisa, cared enough to get back in contact us, to not only get to the bottom of what happened during our day but also on how to better improve her services, so that no one else would have the same disappointing experience. Personally, this showed to us that Lisa truly cares about her customers, their experience, and her business; additionally if anyone has a issue in her store with services or staff, coming to her to remedy the situation is appreciated and welcomed

I love this place!!! I love coming here for my Tanning. I love my tanning time and I do my best to make sure I come in when I am kid free. But the odd times I have had to bring my daughter, and Lisa and the staff there are great and allow her to hang out while Im tanning.
They are also clean and the beds are always clean! I love this place and their staff! Great job Ladies!

I have been going to Qphoria for 3 years! I find all the staff very helpful and educated in the products and services they provide. Lisa (the owner) is very proffessional and has been a huge inspiration to me and my mother. Also, I had an extremely bad experience with my hair, and lisa came in on her day off and gave me an excellent deal on fusing bonds in my hair which no other salon would have done. I have used all the services at qphoria, and the vacustep got me in wicked shape for my vacation to the caribbean in december. Qphoria combines great people (staff and customers alike) great services

Qphoria is, by far, the best tanning & wellness centre in Kamloops. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years now. I have enjoyed the day of detox several times which includes the oxygen bar, vibration session, hydration bed and a massage... and it is ahhhhhmazing every time. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and incredibly accommodating! The beds are spotless, I have a healthy beautiful glow that I can only get at Qphoria. The owner, Lisa always makes me feel welcome, and appreciated. I highly recommend this be your next stop if you want to be treated with respect, consideration
