Our team includes Certified Athletic Therapists (CAT(C)), Registered Physiotherapists (PT) Registered Massage Therapists (RMT), Certified Pedorthists, and Bracing Specialists.
Our health care professionals specialize in the prevention, assessment, and the treatment of injuries to muscles, bones, and joints using sports medicine. We start with a comprehensive assessment to fully understand your injury and continue with one on one therapy treatment and care, as well as a strong reconditioning plan.
Our Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) offer Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy to relieve pain and tension, and enhance your quality of life. Massage Therapy is a therapeutic practice that treats the soft tissue of the body. It has positive effects on the muscles, ligaments and tendons.
Wishbone Athletics' bracing specialists have over 10 years of experience in providing bracing consultations and services for individuals in the Hamilton and surrounding areas. Their exceptional product knowledge of custom and in-stock braces and supports will help you to decrease pain, and increase your mobility as you heal.
A foot orthotic is a device inserted into a shoe to provide support, alignment, prevent and/or accommodate foot abnormalities and improve foot function. Along with a supportive shoe, a foot orthotic can help with a range of foot and lower limb pain or conditions such as plantar fasciitis, shin splints, claw and hammer toes, achilles tendonitis, metatarsalgia, arthritis, and diabetes.

Had a knee problem that would not go away. Surinder explained what was going on, started treatment that immediately started to make it feel better, provided an exercise program to further alleviate the problem and indicated possible follow up stems with doctors. Could not have asked for anything more.
