Residential Service Calls, may be billed on-site with payment (Debit, Credit, Cheque, Cash) is due at the completion of work. If the job is more complex you may receive your invoice by email or mail shortly after the service was provided. These invoices are Due On Receipt, and you can pay Email Transfer, Credit Card or Cheque.

We had Kurtis at our home to swap out a water softener system. He was very diligent and professional. Upon commissioning the new softener, he did an inspection on our whole water system and caught that our pressure tank was about to spring a leak. He was able to source a new one and install it during the same visit. We are very happy with the team at Grey-Bruce plumbing!

Rob has installed a toilet, vanity, bathroom taps , & lastly had to snaked the septic lines that were plugged He is very knowledgeable of his work.

Hands down the best service! I inquired with a problem via email, set up an appointment. Rob was amazing through out the while process. Honest and upfront. He took al the time I needed to understand what was going on. He worked with me to make a plan and prioritize the repairs. He came out on a bitter. old day to complete the repairs.
