About Us Report

Green-Lee Shoe Ltd has been in business for 40 years. We've been in our original location in Saint John since 1981 in the building my dad purchased in 1970 for his mobile coffee truck and catering business that was sold in 1988. My family history in business starts first as tobacconists and then into the restaurant business which goes back to 1861 in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada.

Although they didn't have the very specific and uncommon style shoe that I was looking for(not that I was expecting them to have it just figured I would check before ordering from someone in the US who specializes in this style) the staff tried to find to find something similar. They had a few options that where close but didn't fit the vibe I was going for. I did get shoes they where just more similar to my plan B shoe.

I got boots and had them for over 6 months. The heal started coming off the right boot. I didn't expect anything after 6 months but it was worth the ask. They gave me 50% off my choice of boot. Great place!! Amazing service!!

My first time being at Green-Lee was good this afternoon.
Only waited for less than 2 minutes for service. Sales clerk was very nice to my step Son and I. I will definitely be going back for more foot wear. They have a great selection to choose from.

I have a hard time buying footwear, as I wear a woman’s 12w. I love that I can preorder without the obligation of purchasing. I recently purchased the latest NB 860 fresh foam, and they are the most comfortable sneakers I think I’ve ever owned. Great stability, comfort and style. The staff are friendly and super helpful. I don’t feel like I’m being a pain when trying on multiple styles. I also love that they keep my purchases on file in their computer system. I will only purchase sneakers from Green Lee. Love you guys! 💕🙏😊

I had a very positive experience today. I couldnt find what I was looking for on the website so I called the store. They texted me pictures of the items they had on sale. They were willing to hold on to what I wanted until I had a chance to pick them up. I drove right over on my lunch. Contactless interaction outside. I will definately be back. Thank you.

Update: As I said I loved their change purses that they had, so I got my husband to go grab one.. the last one left in the color I wanted. When it came home upon further inspection, there were places where the stitching came undone. Not totally upset or anything because my husband should have checked before he bought it. Maybe I'm a bit put out cause I couldn't use it right away. They should check everything for any type of malfunction on the item they are selling before selling it. I know there is a receipt but once you see it in the color you want and there were no more of that color...sewing
