Nick has over 30 years of construction management, sales, executive and business management experience in the construction and real estate development field and has worked for both local and large multinational construction corporations.
Nick oversees all sales, administrative and finance operations and works closely in tandem with our project managers, coordinators, and estimators, to ensure that all commitments to our valued clients are met both on time and budget.Melanie is responsible for assisting the President in day-to-day activities.

Nick and his team performed a high quality & intricate renovation to our home timely and efficiently. Nick and his team managed the entire project and ensured that all our questions throughout were addressed and kept us involved during the whole process. We contracted with DSBG to build a home for us. From the beginning Nick and his team provided excellent advice at the planning stage and during construction. They recommended high quality contractors and trades and supervised their work. Nick and his team were always available to resolve issues and regular project management updates. We hired DSBG to finish our basement in 2010 and renovate our master ensuite in 2019. Both jobs resulted in a phenomenal finished product thanks to the DSBG team.
